Winchester Villa
This stunning house in Atherton, California is historically significant, commissioned by heiress Sarah Winchester whose family invented the Winchester Rifle. The house had undergone a modernization process in the 1980s when the property was used as a showcase house. We were excited when the new owners sought us out to restore it back to its former glory with modern amenities.
We painstakingly worked to reintroduce the trims and other architectural elements that were featured in the original home. The end result was a house that reflects the heritage of the family that lives in it.
